About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive growth and profitability in our Chennai region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

  • Business Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance business performance in consultation with senior management.
  • Departmental Performance: Drive specific departmental strategies and communicate them to senior management on a periodic basis.
  • Expenditure Management: Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions to ensure optimal expenditure.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor region-specific regulatory requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Profitable Portfolio: Drive profitable portfolio product mix, yield, quality, and sourcing mix for the region.
  • Branch Administration: Coordinate branch administration through effective liaison with other functional heads.
  • Head Office Initiatives: Collaborate with Head Office teams to drive business initiatives.
  • Performance Communication: Ensure timely communication of performance across regions and provide feedback to employees.
  • Business Quality: Ensure high-quality business is sourced and delinquencies are managed.
  • Risk and Internal Audit: Collaborate with branches for Risk and Internal Audit responses.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Oversee marketing and promotional plans for regional customization.
  • Channel Partner and Aadhar Mitra Business: Drive region-specific targets for Channel Partner and Aadhar Mitra business.
  • Collections Team: Manage collections teams to maintain a healthy loan book.
  • Training and Development: Assess training needs and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver development programs.
