The SBI Foundation is the CSR wing of the State Bank of India, and the SBI Youth for India Fellowship (SBI YFI) is a flagship program of the SBI Foundation. Our mission is to provide educated urban youth with an opportunity to touch lives and create positive change at the grassroots level in rural India.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Manager of Alumni Affairs and External Relations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing overall and day-to-day program operations, providing vision and leadership to the Alumni Affairs vertical and committees, and recommending long and short-range goals and overall direction of alumni programs.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include engaging alumni throughout the Fellowship year in various potential engagements of the Fellowship, ensuring the smooth functioning of the proposed Alumni Association and Region/City-wise Alumni Chapters, and organizing and coordinating Program Events including Quarterly Alumni Chapter Meetups, SBI YFI Conclave, YFI Sahyog-The Pitch Fest & other Alumni Association-related engagements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 6 years of experience in stakeholder management or program management in the social sector or non-profit organizations. You should have proven experience in building partnerships with external agencies, government departments, and NGOs. Rural development Fellowship experience is preferred, as is a Master's Degree. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and travel to remote locations as required.
