Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of our projects, leveraging their expertise and leadership skills to drive results.

  • Project allocation: Ensure that projects are properly allocated and managed to meet business objectives.
  • Capacity Management: Monitor and manage team capacity to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Team Management: Foster a high-performing team culture, promoting collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Monitor and execute projects within the given timeline: Proactively track project progress, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks to ensure timely completion.
  • Adhere and achieve KPIs: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Forecast and flag project-related concerns proactively: Anticipate and address potential project issues before they impact the business.
  • Manage communications with multiple stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
