We seek a Digital Growth Strategist to expand our offshore projects and B2B partnerships in the US market. This role focuses on innovative, tech-driven strategies for sustainable growth. You will lead project development, drive revenue across channels, and collaborate with leadership across time zones.

Digital Growth Strategist 3-5 years

US Shift (8 AM - 5 PM EST) Pune (Onsite)

Estimated Salary: ₹16,75,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation: Identify internal and external business opportunities for revenue generation and growth. Provide insights and recommendations on monetization strategies, pricing models, and market positioning to maximize revenue potential.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Apply this knowledge to identify new revenue streams, innovative business models, and growth opportunities for the digital health services portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with the Chief of Staff to explore revenue-sharing opportunities and strategic alliances. Collaborate on go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You have 3+ years of experience in business, market management, marketing, digital, strategy, or management consulting roles
  • You have a university degree in Marketing, Business Administration (or similar)
  • You have strong business acumen to drive revenue and utilization metrics
  • You have a passion for B2B sales, driving customer adoption, bringing products to market, and scaling digital services
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit to help us shape our growth initiatives and company
  • You can think strategically and creatively: analyse, synthesize, recommend, and take action
  • You describe yourself as curious, innovative, self-organized, pragmatic, and result-driven
  • You enjoy working in a global team
  • You enjoy exploring new fields, digging in, structuring, and deriving solutions
  • You have excellent communication skills, spoken and written
  • You are familiar with IT consulting, and recruiting, or keen to learn about it
