Job Description:

Maintain high standards of production while ensuring smooth operations and optimal machine performance. This role involves monitoring equipment, conducting routine checks, and implementing corrective measures to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery as per SOPs and ensure compliance with GMP guidelines
  • Conduct routine checks to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient production
  • Calibrate and adjust machines to optimize output and quality
  • Maintain accurate records of machine operation data and production outputs
  • Ensure material feeding, changeovers, and line clearance are carried out as required
  • Report equipment malfunctions and escalate abnormalities promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires strong technical skills and knowledge in food safety and quality control practices. Key qualifications include:

  • Hands-on experience with blending, granulation, encapsulation, filling, or packaging machines
  • Knowledge of food technology processes including mixing, drying, and stability testing
  • Strong understanding of machine operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to conduct and document in-process checks accurately
  • Familiarity with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and regulatory guidelines
