About the RoleThis role involves providing expertise in SAP Fieldglass to drive client success. As a consultant, you will be responsible for diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment.
You will develop proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and providing inputs in solution design based on your areas of expertise. Additionally, you will plan activities for configuration, configure products as per design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Proposals: Develop proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and providing inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
- Plan Activities: Plan activities for configuration, configure products as per design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.
- Conduct Demonstrations: Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates that suit customer budgetary requirements and align with organization's financial guidelines.
- Lead Projects: Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, aiming to provide high-quality value-adding solutions to customers.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience in E2E implementation, support, or rollout. Mandatory skills include SAP Fieldglass (Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement & Profile Worker, Custom Reporting, Integration knowledge for SAP & Non-SAP applications, Data requirement & Connector functionality).
Experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation, configurations, support, rollout, and testing for Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement (SOW Based Services), Profile Worker, Custom Reporting, Integration is also required.
Additional technical requirements include extensive working knowledge of Integration setup SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba, SAP ECC or S/4HANA & SuccessFactors. Integration experience with ASAPIO Cloud Integrator is an added advantage.
A working experience of Agile/Activate Project Methodology is also desirable.
Preferred Skills- Technology: SAP Functional -> SAP Fieldglass
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase business profitability.
Good knowledge of software configuration management systems and awareness of latest technologies and industry trends are also essential.
Awareness of logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate is required.
The candidate should also have understanding of financial processes for various types of projects and pricing models available.
Ability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions is necessary.
One or two industry domain knowledge and Client Interfacing skills are also desired.
Project and Team Management skills are also required.
