Business Operations Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Associate, you will work as part of a problem-solving team to help tackle complex business challenges from strategy to execution.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Subject Matter Expert in their chosen domain and be able to develop self-awareness, personal strengths, and address development areas through feedback and reflection.
You will be expected to demonstrate critical thinking, ability to bring order to unstructured problems, and flexibility to work in stretch opportunities/assignments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex business issues.
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
- Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Relevant Experience: 1 E2E implementation, Support or Rollout experience.
- Mandatory Skills: SAP Fieldglass (Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement & Profile Worker, Custom Reporting, Integration knowledge for SAP & Non-SAP applications, Data requirement & Connector functionality).
- Extensive working knowledge of Integration setup SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba, SAP ECC or S/4HANA & SuccessFactors.
- Working experience of Agile/Activate Project Methodology.
- SAP Fieldglass knowledge (Requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration & customization, cutover, Go-live).
