
Senior Call Center Team Lead

Job Summary:
As a seasoned call center supervisor, you will lead and motivate a team of 20 operators to drive collection efficiency and improve key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve exceptional results
- Develop and implement strategies to improve RPC%, PTP%, and kept rates
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and shift meetings to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge required for success
- Manage roster, shrinkage, and performance improvement plans to optimize team performance
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 4–6 years of experience in tele-collections or customer service operations
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in call metrics
- Experience in attrition control and call center team supervision
- Knowledge of dialer systems and contact center operations is preferred
