Client is a leading multinational corporation known for its excellence in customer service. We are currently expanding our call center operations and are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Call Center Executives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls from customers and provide prompt, accurate, and efficient assistance.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to provide consistent and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and meet quality standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills.

**Working Hours And Salary**:

- 6 days a week, General Shift
- Domestic Voice Support: Up to 20,000/month
- International Voice Support: Up to 33,000/month
