Role Overview:

To guarantee the effectiveness of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) practices across group factories, we are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure ETP, STP, UF, and RO performance meets company standards.
  • Maintain ETP and RO reports from respective plants.
  • Identify opportunities for water reduction, recovery, and reuse in plants.
  • Analyze data to identify weaknesses or potential risks within ETP and RO processes.
  • Collaborate with site teams and QA teams to implement efficient control measures and mutual appraisals.
  • Lead improvement drives on water usage reduction, effluent generation ratio, waste, and hazardous waste reduction.

Bonus Responsibilities:

  • Operational cost and energy reduction initiatives.
  • Data analysis and trends review of EHS Performance.
  • Troubleshooting and advising corrective action after assessing plant situations.
  • Tracking compliance with legal Pollution Control Board norms and CGWA guidelines.
  • Audit report preparation and submission.
  • Preparing and submitting PCB legal forms.
  • Pollution monitoring – Water & Air.
  • Responding to government communications and executing new guidelines.
  • Handling online continuous emission/effluent monitoring system (OCEMS) and PTZ camera.
  • Ensuring plant processes comply with environmental regulations.
