AI-Powered Accounting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team in a key role that combines technical expertise with business acumen. This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and drive financial innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations for international clients, including bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare management information reports and financial statements for client stakeholders.
  • Partner with delivery leads to scope and execute end-to-end client workflows.
  • Collaborate with AI and product teams to test, refine, and scale automation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with 34 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of reconciliations, reporting, and global accounting workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple client accounts.
