eLearning Project Management Role

This strategic and hands-on position is for someone who understands adult learning principles and thrives in the dynamic world of digital learning.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with client goals and expectations
  • Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery
  • Ensure high-quality output while meeting cost and schedule commitments
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including SMEs, Instructional Designers, and media specialists
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery
  • Drive innovation across cost, quality, and productivity levers
  • Proactively manage project risks, resource planning, and conflict resolution
  • Provide clear, structured feedback to team members and stakeholders
  • Manage project reporting, including billing and MIS documentation
  • Engage and oversee third-party vendors and contractors to ensure timely, quality results
  • Optimize resource utilization across tools, bandwidth, and partnerships

We are seeking an experienced project leader with 10+ years of experience in the eLearning industry, delivering high-impact learning solutions. The successful candidate will work directly with global clients and lead cross-functional teams from our Noida office.
