Production Support Service Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to provide production support for Oracle Revenue Management, Receivables, and Intercompany processes. The role requires a blend of financial accounting knowledge (ASC 606/IFRS 15) and technical troubleshooting expertise to ensure revenue compliance and smooth system operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Revenue Recognition & Compliance (ASC 606, IFRS 15, Multi-GAAP, Multi-Currency)
  • Troubleshoot and maintain Revenue Contracts, Deferrals, Allocations, Adjustments
  • Support Receivables & Invoicing (AutoInvoice, Receipts, Collections, Tax, Dunning)
  • Maintain Intercompany processes (Invoicing, Transfer Pricing, Netting, Balancing)
  • Support Accounting & Period Close (AR-GL reconciliations, revenue close)
  • Provide Technical Support (SQL, APIs, FBDI/ADFdi, integrations, troubleshooting)
  • Handle Compliance & Audit (SOX, Tax, Reporting)
  • Coordinate with Oracle Support (MOS, SRs, patches, quarterly updates)

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Revenue Management, AR, and Intercompany
  • Solid understanding of finance & accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP)
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, integrations, APIs, and Oracle Cloud tools
  • Proven track record in production support & issue resolution
