Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To drive Deal Closure by understanding client needs and preferences and presenting design options accordingly.
  • To own Customer Experience during a project by communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • To lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables by adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • To own an end-to-end Project lifecycle from concept to completion.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in Interior Design with a degree or relevant diploma.
  • At least 6 months of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
  • Design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation), Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning) and Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details).
  • Project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.
  • Behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
  • A high degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
