We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior design, furniture, and home decor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients at the flagship showroom, offering a premium shopping experience.
  • Understand client preferences, home aesthetics, and functional needs to suggest suitable furniture, upholstery fabric, rugs, lights, and accessories.
  • Guide clients through the showroom, explaining material choices, design philosophies, and craftsmanship behind each piece.
  • Provide professional design inputs based on clients' space requirements, color schemes, and lifestyle needs.
  • Curate personalized product selections and suggest suitable combinations of furniture, lighting, and decor.
  • Assist clients in visualizing products in their space using mood boards, sketches, or digital tools.
  • Prepare detailed quotes and pricing estimates based on client selections.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely follow-ups and order processing.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and proactively reach out to schedule showroom visits.
  • Engage with designers, architects, and homebuyers to foster strong relationships and generate leads.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, emails, or showroom visits to convert potential clients into customers.
  • Participate in design events, workshops, and exhibitions to showcase products.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-8 years of experience in interior design, furniture sales, or luxury retail (freshers with strong design skills may apply).
  • Strong understanding of furniture, home decor, lighting, and space planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Basic proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3D visualization tools.
  • Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations.
  • Passion for luxury furniture, home styling, and customer experience.
  • Willingness to travel to the store location on daily basis.
