Senior User Lifecycle Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Support Specialist to manage user lifecycle activities within customer environments.
This role requires secure and efficient user management while supporting day-to-day IT operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date user records.
- Manage user access and permissions across multiple platforms.
- Implement onboarding and offboarding procedures for users.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack administration, Jira ticketing systems, and basic experience with license management across multiple SaaS products.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with IT service management principles and practices.
