INFORMATION ABOUT THE BUSINESS

We are seeking a proactive and communicative Contract Lifecycle Management Support Specialist to support the adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. This role will be responsible for training users, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance contract-related processes across the organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Develop and deliver training sessions (live, virtual, and recorded) for new and existing users of the CLM tool.
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, videos and other training materials.
- Serve as the first point of contact for user questions, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Gather user feedback and translate it into actionable insights for system or process enhancements.
- Work with system administrators to configure or enhance CLM workflows and templates.
- Monitor system usage and performance to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Support change management initiatives to drive adoption of the CLM tool across departments.
- Recommend improvements to enhance CLM adoption, user experience, repository usability and efficiency.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Information Management, Communication, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience with CLM tools (e.g., Evisort, Ironclad, Icertis, Agiloft) or similar enterprise systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in training, technical support, or process improvement roles.
- Familiarity with contract workflows and lifecycle stages.
