Job Title: Site Supervisor - Project Coordinator

About the Role:

  • This position oversees project sites, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
  • The site supervisor is responsible for daily visits to project sites, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, and managing resource allocation.
  • Diligent in monitoring quality, identifying issues, and resolving bottlenecks for smooth project execution.
  • Promotes customer satisfaction by achieving high overall satisfaction scores.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Executing projects from start to finish as per drawings and specifications.
  • Capturing and sharing detailed progress reports with stakeholders.
  • Coordinating vendor resources and allocating work schedules.
  • Fostering excellent relationships with customers and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Designing.
  • Experience in interior project execution is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in premium projects, hotel projects, or luxury studios is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to read and plan work from schedules.
  • Owning a two-wheeler and possessing a valid license for site travel is essential.
