Leadership Operations Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the end-to-end execution of residential interior projects. This critical role ensures timely delivery, high-quality execution, and superior customer satisfaction across regions.

The ideal candidate will come from the home interiors, construction, modular furniture, or related service sectors, with a proven track record in operations, team management, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead regional operations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of interior projects
  • Oversight of Customer experience throughout the customer journey
  • Project handover timelines, vendor coordination, workmanship quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Building and managing teams including senior managers, project managers, site supervisors
  • Collaboration with design, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Creation, monitoring, and improvement of SOPs to drive operational efficiency and scale delivery capacity
  • Close collaboration with leadership on process excellence, cost optimization, and customer success initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8–12 years of experience in operations, preferably in home interiors, real estate, construction, or related sectors
  • Proven experience in scaling and managing large field teams and vendor networks
  • Process-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on approach with ability to work in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments
  • Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
Benefits:
