Project Coordinators Wanted

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Project Coordinators to drive Residential Interior fit-out projects in collaboration with design and installation teams.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as single point of contact for customers during the execution phase of their home interiors.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of drawings, understand scope as per BOQ, and explain to customers.
  • Receive materials from Warehouse, validate against Order/BOQ, and ensure proper storage.
  • Coordinate daily activities, foster teamwork among project stakeholders, and share progress reports with customers.
  • Build professional relationships with Design professionals, Production, Warehousing, Installation teams, and direct Installation team to execute work safely according to design plan.
  • Collaborate with internal Production, Logistics, and Vendor supply teams to maintain high standards of execution and customer experience.
  • Address customer concerns, provide resolutions, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; 15 years of academic education.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Site job experience required; willingness to travel.
  • Bachelor's knowledge of Google Suite or MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Project Management principles, including scheduling and sequencing of installation activities.
  • Detailed-oriented attitude towards quality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • High ownership and Customer-centric approach.
  • Core interior industry experience in Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storage, Modular, and Fit Out works preferred.
