Job Title: Senior Clinical Project Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations department, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of multiple clinical projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials, including study start-up, data management, and close-out.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related Health Sciences, Physician Assistant, or licensed RN.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical safety, clinical research monitoring, or pharmacovigilance, or combination of clinical research monitoring and pharmacovigilance.
  • Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) for medical oversight of clinical trials and SAE processing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
