This high-impact role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various investment-related documents, including Share Purchase Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, and Term Sheets. You will also oversee other critical legal functions, such as managing complex transactions and negotiations, and leading the end-to-end PE/VC investment transaction process.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a reputed law firm, with expertise in drafting definitive documents for M&A and PE/VC investment transactions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
