Job Description: Legal and Compliance Specialist
At StockGro, we're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal and Compliance Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our Legal and Company Secretary Team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day corporate secretarial, legal, and compliance functions.

Responsibilities:
- Implement compliance and documentation tasks with precision and timeliness, ensuring strict adherence to relevant regulations, including the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and FEMA.
- Assist the Company Secretary/Legal team in undertaking routine corporate secretarial tasks, focusing on the timely and accurate drafting of documentation, filings, and compliance submissions.
- Prepare and finalize corporate documents such as board and shareholder meeting notices, agendas, minutes, resolutions, directors' reports, and annual/extraordinary general meeting records.
Requirements:
Qualified Company Secretary (LLB preferred) with 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
