We are seeking an exceptional Executive Support Specialist to join our team in a strategic support role.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide top-notch support and guidance to senior leadership, working closely with them to anticipate needs and ensure their preparedness for meetings and decisions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage email inbox, prioritize messages, draft replies, and flag urgent matters.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with key stakeholders and internal team members.
  • Own the firm's CRM and deal pipeline, extracting critical information from various sources and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Track deal stages and generate pipeline reports to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in a similar executive support role, with strong English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Proficiency in software platforms like HubSpot and CoStar is also desirable.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar strategic support role.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to learn and work with software platforms like HubSpot and CoStar.
