As a senior design leader, you will oversee the creation and execution of architectural design and corporate interior projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design strategies that meet client objectives and project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise and problem-solving skills to overcome complex design challenges.
  • Oversee the coordination of design consultants, internal teams, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in drawings prepared for builder submissions and GFC sets.
  • Guide the design team in incorporating changes during the construction phase.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • 6-7 years of experience in managing design delivery for commercial or corporate interior fit-outs.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of Revit is preferred.
Further Education

A degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required. A Master's degree may be beneficial but not necessary.

Experience

At least 6-7 years of experience in managing design delivery for commercial or corporate interior fit-outs.

Skillset

You should be proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office and have working knowledge of Revit.
