Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and develop architectural designs for villas, apartments, and commercial spaces.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, 3D models, and working documents.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary design inputs from structural, MEP, and landscape consultants.
  • Participate in design discussions, client meetings, and site visits.
  • Evaluate compliance with local bye-laws, building codes, and project requirements.
  • Support documentation for approvals, tenders, and construction drawings.
  • Collaborate with senior architects, project managers, and engineers during design development and execution.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture from a recognized university.
  • 13 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with construction detailing, material specifications, and site coordination.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in layout development or plotted projects is an added advantage.
