Senior Architect Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software architecture patterns and principles, with experience in designing and implementing scalable and reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document software architectures.
- Evaluate technologies and frameworks for software development.
- Develop architectural blueprints and roadmaps.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations.

Technical Leadership & Guidance
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards.

Technology Evaluation & Innovation
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and processes.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
- Prototype and validate new architectural concepts.

Performance & Security
- Ensure that software architectures meet performance and security requirements.
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Requirements:
- Software Architecture: Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and principles.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable and reliable systems.
- Knowledge of architectural modeling and documentation tools.
- Programming Languages & Frameworks: Proficiency in at least one major programming language.
- Experience with relevant frameworks and libraries.
- Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Databases: Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases.
- API & Integration: Experience with API design and development (RESTful, GraphQL).
- Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in software development and architecture.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex software systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications.
- Experience with specific industry domains.
- Experience with performance testing and optimization.
