Role Description


• Convert 2D CAD drawings (Architectural, Structural, MEP) into accurate 3D BIM models using

Revit or similar platforms.


• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure BIM deliverables align with design intent and

project requirements.


• Perform model quality checks, clash detection, and data validation.


• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific modeling standards.


• Manage and maintain BIM models throughout project lifecycles from design development to

construction documentation.


• Train and mentor junior BIM engineers and drafters on CAD-to-BIM best practices.


• Collaborate with project managers and clients to define BIM deliverables and timelines.


• Evaluate and recommend improvements to BIM processes and practices across all projects.


• Review and validate model data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Qualifications

  • Experience in BIM modeling, Revit, and AutoCAD
  • Proficiency in BIM coordination, clash detection, and resolution
  • Knowledge of design, architectural, and engineering principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in building and infrastructure projects is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
