Job Title: Senior Creative Project Manager

Overview:

  • Lead creative projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment between teams.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Project Oversight: Own the project backlog, prioritize tasks based on business needs, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  2. Requirement Gathering & Task Allocation: Collect design requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks for team members.
  3. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all design-related requests, ensuring effective communication across teams and levels.
  4. Design Workflow & Prioritization: Ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality by prioritizing tasks effectively.
  5. Jira & Project Tracking: Set up and manage Jira boards for design projects, tracking status and progress to ensure timely completion.
  6. Quality Assurance & Design Performance: Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and meets required quality standards, monitoring performance and making improvements where necessary.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in digital organizations, preferably with experience in web SaaS, eCommerce, or creative agencies.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Jira, as well as strong experience managing creative workflows.
  • Strong understanding of the design process, including UI/UX design, animation, and video production, with the ability to delegate tasks to specialists.
  • Proven organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead discussions across teams and at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, web design, User experience, Digital Media, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
