Automotive Electronics Product Development Manager

- Electrical Hardware Design: Oversee the electrical hardware design for various automotive products, including instrument clusters, infotainment systems, cameras, and cockpit electronics controllers.
- Customer Specifications: Review customer specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Design and Development: Develop automotive products using microprocessors, system-on-chip (SOC), high-speed memory, LVDS, FPD Link-III circuitry, and other relevant technologies.
- Worst Case Analysis: Perform worst-case analysis and simulations to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Product Design Reviews: Support product design reviews and create and maintain schematic and assembly drawings.
- Electrical DFMEA: Develop and maintain electrical design failure mode and effects analysis (DFMEA).
- ECAD Support: Generate electrical information for ECAD designers and support PCB layout.
- Prototype Build: Assist with hardware prototype build and testing.
- Testing and Validation: Create product verification plans, perform testing, and support EMC and validation testing.
- Lab Equipment Experience: Utilize lab equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators, and multi-meters.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in automotive embedded hardware design.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, microprocessor architecture, and digital signal processing.
- Experience with CAD tools, ECAD software, and laboratory equipment.
