Senior Leadership Role for Power Electronics Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced power electronics professional to lead our division. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing strategy, operations, and product development within this sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the overall vision and strategy for power electronics products and operations, ensuring alignment with market needs and technological advancements.
  • Oversee the entire product development process from concept to release, guaranteeing that our solutions meet the demands of the market and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Manage daily operations, including project planning, budget allocation, and resource deployment.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, providing constructive feedback and training to enhance skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create product roadmaps and achieve business objectives.
  • IDentify potential risks in programs and provide guidance for mitigation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics or a related field; PhD preferred.
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in R&D/plant operations within the power electronics domain.
  • Strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design.
  • Proven ability to lead organizational development and drive change.
