Electronic Production Specialist

As a seasoned production supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process of high-reliability electronic modules and custom-built Hybrid Integrated Circuits.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic quality and quantity objectives.
- Develop and implement proactive methods and systems to address potential quality issues.
- Drive efficiency initiatives, enhance productivity, and effectively utilize available resources.
- Coordinate export sales with key customers.
- Meet business plan targets aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence while ensuring the safety of personnel, materials, and equipment.
