Job Title: Claims Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end cashless claims of employees, verifying policy coverage and coordinating with insurers.
- Verify Policy Coverage: Review policy details to ensure eligibility for cashless processing.
- Provide Customer Service: Respond to inquiries regarding claim status and related queries.
- Coordinate with Healthcare Providers/Hospitals: Communicate to obtain additional information and clarify details.
- Resolve Issues: Investigate discrepancies, errors, or issues arising during claim processing.
- Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of all claim-related activities and communications.
Our team interacts closely with various stakeholders, including endorsement teams, onboarding teams, products engineering teams, claims teams, support inbound teams, and account management teams internally. We also collaborate with external clients such as insurers, client HRs, and hospitals.
