Research Intelligence Position

As a critical information provider, you will play a key role in delivering valuable insights to our clients and recruitment teams. Your responsibilities include creating targeted lists of companies, demographic data on candidates, examples of local sourcing channel options, and salary benchmarking data.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Conduct market research for various industries, job families, job titles, and geographic locations using market data tools, recruiting tools, and internet research techniques.
  • Research potential sourcing channels not yet utilized to effectively identify or expand candidate pools for existing clients.
  • Produce high-quality work deliverables that summarize obtained research in intuitive and presentable formats.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Respond to initial requests within 24 hours.
  • Submit requested material within 72 hours.
  • Achieve a monthly quality average of 2.8 out of a maximum of 4.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
  • 4-8 years of experience related to statistics, online research, and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated evidence of strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and be tenacious in identifying key data points.
  • Desire to build own knowledge and a repository of intelligence for others to use.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and learn from mistakes in methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, set goals, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer service focus and ability to maintain courteous and professional working relationships.
