Job Title: IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Administrator

We are seeking an experienced professional to administer and maintain IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, including working knowledge of IBM Transformation Extender Advanced (ITXA), Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes, and Helm.

This is a critical role that involves owning escalations, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

  • Administering and maintaining IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Designing, deploying, and managing B2B integration workflows that align with business and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborating with development and architecture teams to implement and support transformation flows using IBM ITXA.
  • Operating within containerized environments such as OpenShift or Kubernetes, utilizing Helm for deployments.
  • Acting as Duty Manager during on-call shifts: managing incidents, coordinating response efforts, engaging cross-functional teams, and communicating effectively with stakeholders and customers.
  • Supporting hybrid cloud integrations and contributing to the evolution of cloud-native architecture and automation.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
  • Experience or foundational knowledge in OpenShift or Kubernetes container orchestration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments.
  • Strong experience with IBM ITXA (Transformation Extender Advanced).
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of integration patterns and system configurations.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift.
