
Senior International Markets Director

Job Overview:
The role of an International Sales and Business Development Manager involves cultivating relationships with overseas organizations and clients to expand product reach into current and new international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify potential organizations, importers, hospitals, and clients in international markets, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, and optimize pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Market Development: Develop and implement a strategic plan for expanding product exports to existing and new markets, identifying potential markets and segments with the highest growth potential, evaluating and adjusting the strategy based on market dynamics and competition.
- Market Research: Stay updated on international market trends, trade regulations, and economic factors, conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats in different regions, and evaluate customer feedback and take corrective action.
- Country Import Regulations & Customs Laws: Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade laws, and customs requirements in various countries, handle documentation, and stay proactive in understanding client requirements and providing exceptional client service.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Business, Business Management (Sales & Marketing), Digital Marketing, Pharmaceutical / Hospital Management).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an International B2B sales and business development role in a pharmaceutical / healthcare / medical device company is mandatory.
- Awareness and focused experience on Global Healthcare tenders (NGOs & MOH requirements) / Named Patient Supplies for Unregistered products / 'Special Permit Imports' in developing markets would be highly preferred.
