Principal QA Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Principal QA Consultant to drive quality assurance for our Trading Platforms. This key role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and quality of trading systems, with emphasis on Endur used for energy and commodities trading.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Lead and execute comprehensive quality assurance activities on the Trading Platform, ensuring functionality, performance, and stability across various environments.">
  • Own and manage the QA lifecycle for the trading platform, including planning, test case development, execution, and defect management.">
  • Work closely with trading and IT teams to understand system requirements, user needs, and business processes to identify critical areas for testing.">
  • Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for Endur and related tools, including integration, regression, functional, and performance testing.">
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure proper testing coverage for new functionalities, features, and system integrations.">
  • Leverage knowledge of Endur to identify potential risks, assess system behaviour, and ensure critical trading workflows function correctly.">
  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members, providing support for technical and non-technical issues.">
  • Define, implement, and enforce QA best practices, standards, and methodologies across all projects.">
  • Ensure the integrity of test data, environments, and processes, maintaining high standards of testing quality and accuracy.">
  • Support user acceptance testing and assist with training and knowledge transfer for internal stakeholders.">
  • Identify and document defects, track issues to resolution, and ensure timely delivery of quality software.">
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating the effectiveness of current QA practices and recommending process improvements.">
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to improve overall QA processes.">
