About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership and project management skills. You will lead multiple innovation projects across finance functions, contributing to improvements in key processes such as financial close and consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting, management and statutory reporting, account reconciliations and journal entry processing, financial controls and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and orchestrate multiple innovation projects across finance functions.
  • Contribute to improvements in key finance processes.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between finance teams, IT, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, status reports, and executive summaries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience, with at least 2+ years in transformation environment.
  • Experience in project management, tracking, and reporting.
  • Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
