MongoDB Database Administrator

We are seeking an experienced database administrator to design, implement, and maintain mission-critical databases.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for MongoDB administration and database best practices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain database management systems.
  • Monitor database performance and implement optimizations.
  • Develop and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Ensure security protocols, data protection, and compliance measures are in place.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive database efficiency and integrity.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and experience in MongoDB administration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing high-performing databases, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
