Identity Access Management Specialist

Seeking a skilled Identity Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team. As an IAM specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing secure identity access solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement IAM security services with hands-on experience in multiple areas including Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid environments.
  • Manage identity and access on-premises using Active Directory.
  • Manage identity and access in the Microsoft Cloud using Azure Active Directory.
  • Implement and manage authentication methods including sign-on security, multi-factor authentication, and device sign-on methods.
  • Implement and manage Azure AD conditional access policies and role-based access control.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive identity lifecycle management processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical skills with experience in multiple areas of IAM including Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid environments.
  • Knowledge of SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, JSON, SPML, SCIM, and XACML integration standards.
  • Experience with tools such as Identity Access Management, Azure SSO, Azure PIM, SailPoint IdentityIQ, and Delinea Secret Server.
  • Microsoft MFA Certification or equivalent.
  • BE / B Tech / MCA or equivalent degree.
