Identity and Data Protection Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Data Protection Specialist to join our team. As an expert in digital security, you will be responsible for architecting identity management and data protection solutions at the heart of digital interactions.

Our clients rely on us to bring trust to billions of digital transactions they have with people. Our technologies and services help banks exchange funds, people cross borders, energy become smarter, and much more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incidents/service requests within SLA, tracking SLA and taking actions in case of deviation.
  • Evaluate incident reports, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk, Pagerduty) to ensure efficient incident detection and resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operation or support.
  • Excellent knowledge of ITIL and Service Delivery best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), monitoring tools, networking, infrastructure, and Linux.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
