Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing Operations:

Manage the day-to-day operations of electro-mechanical production lines, ensuring on-time delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency. Oversee assembly, testing, and inspection of electro-mechanical components and systems.

  • Lean Process Implementation:

Drive implementation and continuous improvement of Lean manufacturing principles, such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Kanban. Identify and eliminate waste in processes to improve productivity and efficiency.

  • Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop team of production staff, technicians, and supervisors. Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular training to enhance team&aposs skills in Lean methodologies and quality assurance.

  • Quality and Compliance:

Ensure all products meet quality and regulatory standards. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Strategic Planning:

Participate in development of manufacturing strategies aligned with organizational goals. Optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to achieve cost and efficiency targets.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure seamless production operations. Provide feedback to design teams to enhance manufacturability of products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing management role, preferably in electro-mechanical production.
  • Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles, with track record of successful implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, components, and production processes.
  • Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or similar certifications.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
  • Experience with automation and Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management processes.
