Product Director Opportunity

This is a highly sought-after role that involves leading the product strategy and roadmap development for a popular mobile app.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the product strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and prioritizing features in collaboration with development partners and design teams.

User Research & Testing:

  • The Product Director will work closely with experts to translate clinical requirements into product features, implement structured approaches to gather user feedback, conduct user testing sessions, and monitor app usage patterns to identify improvement opportunities.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • This role requires defining product analytics requirements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and transforming user data into actionable product insights. The Product Director will also develop feature specifications for reporting and dashboard functionalities and use data to validate product decisions and measure feature adoption.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication:

  • The Product Director will coordinate effectively between internal teams and external technology partners, communicate product vision and progress clearly, and support fundraising efforts with relevant product updates.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business, Healthcare, or a related field is required. Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology, is necessary. Strong background in user research and requirements gathering is essential. Experience collaborating with development partners and design teams is crucial. Understanding of healthcare data and clinical workflows is vital. A proven track record of successful product launches or major feature releases is desired.
