Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative and analytical individual to join our global support team. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of custom web applications on Microsoft technologies.

This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to validate and understand their requirements, provide exceptional customer support, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in computer science or information technology, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in application support and maintenance.

Proficiency in monitoring and diagnosing application issues using tools like New Relic, AppDynamics, or similar APM solutions is required. Experience with ASP.NET, C#, SQL, EPiServer CMS, and other relevant technologies is also necessary.

The successful candidate will have expertise in analyzing application logs to identify errors, exceptions, and performance indicators, as well as knowledge of scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

They will also be able to effectively manage and resolve application-related incidents, including performing root cause analysis, and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to team agile planning activities and backlog prioritization and management.
  • Identifying and escalating any application issues or risks to the team and providing suggestions for resolution.
