The Regional Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in driving regional financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in alignment with global priorities.

  • Develops and implements strategic financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provides expert financial guidance and support to regional finance teams, fostering data-driven decision-making and driving operational excellence.

Our ideal candidate possesses 10-12 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, and business partnering. A background in a multinational or regionally matrixed environment is highly desirable, as is Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with financial models and data.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across regions.
