    • Oversee CAM, tenant compliance, facilities, and lifecycle maintenance.">
    • Develop monetization strategies through leasing, joint ventures, or selective exits.">

  • Land Bank Development">
    • ">
    • Drive development of land banks in key markets.">
    • Manage RFPs for architects, contractors, and brand/operator tie-ups.">
    • Evaluate feasibility, design concepts, and financial models for new developments.">
    • Ensure timely execution and statutory approvals.">

  • Brand & Operator Engagement">
    • ">
    • Identify suitable hotel brands across segments.">
    • Negotiate management agreements and commercial terms.">
    • Maintain operator relationships to ensure alignment with company objectives.">
