
Ecommerce Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing paid campaigns across various platforms, analyzing performance, and scaling what works.
This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with our creative strategists and designers to deliver campaigns that convert.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube.
- Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR) and optimize to achieve business KPIs.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copy and creatives.
- Build and test different audience segments and funnels.
- Track daily budgets, pacing, and adjust for maximum ROI.
- Stay updated on platform changes, new formats, and growth hacks.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
- 1+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or real estate campaigns preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action.
- Good understanding of attribution, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
- Comfortable with A/B testing and iterating quickly.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Direct impact on scaling campaigns for high-growth brands.
- Exposure to real estate, fashion, and FMCG categories.
