Our company is seeking a visionary AI Architect/Senior Specialist with extensive experience in Artificial Intelligence, focusing on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI.

This position requires a deep understanding of AIOps use cases and the ability to lead AI-driven solutions across large-scale, production-ready systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • More than 10 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, specifically in ML, DL, NLP, and Generative AI applications
  • Proven expertise in AIOps use cases
  • Strong proficiency in ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
  • Deep hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or other transformer-based models
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools, Databricks, and cloud-based AI/ML services from Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional AI teams, mentor junior engineers and researchers, drive project delivery and innovation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on results and innovation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
  • Experience in AI solution architecture and enterprise-scale deployments
  • Familiarity with data governance, model explainability, and AI ethics
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications
