AI Strategy Leader Job Summary

The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of an overall AI strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy to ensure alignment with business goals and growth targets.
  • Project Oversight: Manage the lifecycle of AI projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Oversee AI-related budgets and expenditures to ensure profitability and financial control.
  • P&L Ownership: Manage the profit and loss for AI-related products and services, balancing innovation with cost management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performance team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, data analytics, product, and business units to implement AI solutions at scale.
  • Ethical Compliance: Ensure responsible and ethical deployment of AI technologies in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 20 years IT experience, 10+ years in AI/technology, and 5 years in leadership or management.
  • Proven P&L management experience for technology or AI-driven products/services.
  • Strong proficiency in AI technologies, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
  • Solid understanding of commercial and financial aspects of AI projects, including cost management and ROI measurement.
  • Experience scaling AI initiatives and delivering impactful business results.
