Key Responsibilities

Serving as a primary point of contact for client needs and inquiries is crucial. Ensuring seamless communication and clarity in understanding client objectives is vital.

  • Coordinate with clients to comprehend their requirements.
  • Support the team in fostering positive relationships with clients.
  • Assist in crafting briefing notes, presentations, and one-pagers that effectively communicate key information.
  • Conduct research to gather insights, case studies, and industry news to support client deliverables.
  • Participate in developing thought-leadership initiatives and assist in reputation management tasks under guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, strategy, execution) to deliver high-quality outputs on time.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure smooth process execution.
  • Provide operational support to unit leads/managers for client projects.
  • Conduct basic research, competitor benchmarking, and trend tracking to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Support the team in preparing pitches and proposals that effectively showcase our capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, communications, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong writing and presentation abilities.
  • Awareness of digital media landscapes and influencers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
